Refunds & cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. We do not store a mandate, a standing instruction or an auto-debit on your card. Every payment is a single payment for 30 days, made by you, each time. When a term ends, nothing happens until you choose to buy again.

The free trial

New accounts can take a 7-day free trial of a plan. It needs no card and it does not convert into a payment — when the 7 days are up your account returns to the free tier by itself. There is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged for it.

Cancelling

Because nothing recurs, "cancelling" means simply not buying another term. You keep full access until the 30 days you paid for run out, and then the account returns to free on its own.

If you want your account and data removed entirely rather than just left idle, delete it from Account settings — that removes your profile and résumé immediately.

Once a paid term begins

A term you have paid for is non-refundable once matching has run for you. We start work immediately — sourcing, scoring and delivering against your profile from the next morning’s run — and that cost is incurred whether or not you open the results.

The exception, and we mean it: if you change your mind within 24 hours and your first daily run has not happened yet, write to us and we will refund in full, no questions. Nothing has been spent on your behalf at that point, so keeping the money would be indefensible.

Where we always refund

In full, without argument, when we got it wrong:

you were charged twice for the same term;
you were charged for a plan you did not choose, or at a price that does not match what the checkout quoted you;
your payment succeeded but the plan never activated;
we failed to deliver for more than 7 consecutive days for a reason on our side.

Email support@quratedai.com with your payment id (it starts pay_ and is on your receipt). Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank typically shows them in 5–7 working days.

What is not a refund reason

Not getting interviews or offers, not liking the roles a given week produced, or changing your mind after your matching has been running. We are a curation and scoring service and we do not promise outcomes — please read the disclaimer before you buy.
